We are happy to provide you a refund of your magazine subscription order if you cancel your order within the first five days after you place your order with us. If your subscription has not begun after 15 weeks, then we will also offer a 100% refund on your order. You will not be able to cancel your order until this 15th week. Publishers ask us to wait until the 90th day after they receive your order from us before they will verify subscription status for us; due to this policy from the publishers, we currently have this cancellation policy in effect.
